GRPU WINDOW
Controling of heat loss and heat gain through windows and doors is critical inany building. Base on this, we developed a kind of polyurethane composite window profile. The polyurethane composite is made of glass fiber as the reinforcement and the unique polyurethane resin as base,which is also been called GRPU.It's produced through advanced processes of injection and pultrusion. Thermal conductivity of the composite is only 0.22W/m·k, which is only 1/700 of aluminum alloy.
According to thermal efficiency of the new profiles, polyurethane
composite windows are more energy-efficient than most of thermal-break aluminum
windows, with high resistance to wind load.
Traditional materials such as aluminum, PVC and timber can only meet some
of these key requirements: durable, thermally efficient, soundproofing,
economically viable and low maintenance while GRPU Window profile outperforms the traditional
material and fulfills a combination of all requirements.
Surface treatment
Films improve the appearance of grpu composite profiles by providing both a decorative and functional benefit. Window frames will not fade for the entire life of the window or glass door in spite of sun, wind, rain and frost. The films are also available in many solid colours and wood effect decors.
