By accessing our website, requesting quotations, placing orders, or engaging with WEENOOR's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all customers, distributors, contractors, and business partners worldwide. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

Business Nature: Manufacturing, design, R&D, and export of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) gratings and composite products

WEENOOR provides the following products and services:

• Molded and pultruded FRP gratings and structural profiles
• FRP/GRP winding pipes and insulation tubes
• Fiberglass plant stakes and filter cages
• Custom FRP components and OEM/ODM solutions
• Technical consultation and engineering support
• Global logistics and export services

All products are manufactured in accordance with international standards (EN, ASTM, ISO) and applicable quality certifications.

Quotation Process: All quotations are provided based on customer specifications and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are not binding until a formal purchase order is accepted.

Order Confirmation: Orders become binding when WEENOOR issues written confirmation and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): While we maintain flexible MOQ policies, specific minimum quantities may apply to certain products or customizations.

Samples: Free samples may be provided for evaluation purposes. Sample availability and shipping costs will be confirmed case by case.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rates, and other market factors.

Payment Methods: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal for qualified transactions.

Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Alternative terms may be negotiated for established customers.

Currency and Taxes: Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and import fees in their respective countries.

Delivery Terms: Standard delivery terms are EXW (Ex Works) from our Nantong facility. FOB, CIF, and other Incoterms are available upon request.

Shipping Timeline: Production and delivery timelines are estimated and provided in good faith. Delays due to force majeure, material shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances are not grounds for order cancellation or penalties.

Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer according to the agreed Incoterms.

Export Documentation: WEENOOR will provide standard export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificates of origin as required.

Quality Standards: All products are manufactured under strict quality control procedures and comply with relevant international standards.

Product Warranty: WEENOOR provides a standard warranty of 1-3 years against manufacturing defects, depending on the product type and application.

Warranty Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by third parties.

Inspection: Customers have 7 days from delivery to inspect goods and report any visible defects or discrepancies.

Proprietary Rights: All technical drawings, specifications, and proprietary information shared by WEENOOR remain our intellectual property.

Customer IP: We respect customer intellectual property and maintain strict confidentiality agreements for OEM/ODM projects.

Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during business relationships.

WEENOOR's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific products involved in the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Customers are responsible for ensuring our products are suitable for their intended applications and comply with local regulations.

WEENOOR shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
• Government actions, regulations, or trade restrictions
• Labor disputes, strikes, or material shortages
• Transportation delays or logistics disruptions

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms or business relationships shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations.

Arbitration: If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

WEENOOR respects customer privacy and handles personal and business data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Customer information is used solely for business purposes including order processing, communication, and service delivery.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data and do not share information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
